Refin Homes is a real estate and development that was established with the aim of bridging the housing gap in Nigeria.  Headed by Tunde Macaulay who was responsible for leading top real estate finance firm GTHomes for over 5 years, Refin Homes focuses on providing affordable housing for middle-class income earners without compromising quality.

We were approached and commissioned by the company’s management who need a brand partner that will help build and position from ground up. We developed a range of items within the brand identity spectrum and assisted with the setup of its head office in Lagos Nigeria.
