Kemi Adetiba is a Nigerian music video director, filmmaker, and television director whose works have appeared on Channel O, MTV Base, Soundcity TV, BET and Netflix. In 2018, we worked with Kemi Adetiba to develop logo idents for her company brands – Kemi Adetiba Visuals and Obonganwan.
During the launch of the award winning movie, King Of Boys, Kemi needed an ident to use to establish KAV as the producer of the film. The ident was featured in the opening credits of the film and all posters/pr material. It has now become the official ident for all visual projects that Kemi Adetiba runs under the company name. In addition to this, we were also tasked with developing the identity for her “King Women” brand, as she planned to change the name to “Obonganwan”. She requested that we develop a “conversation starter that carried more depth. Something that could be used for merchandise as well.”. We developed idents that she absolutely loved, and shared to the public as the new looks for the brands.
